Your responsibilities:
Develop a solid understanding of the relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and modeling.
Create and maintain self-service dashboards for stakeholders across business, using PowerBI.
Leverage analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Google Sheets to prepare and analyze data, supporting key decision-making.
Identify new research areas and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to address stakeholder questions focusing on commercial impact and effectively communicating your findings.
Analyze commercial data (customer segmentation, financial analysis, revenue forecast and etc.).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits and validations.
Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and critical metrics for monitoring new business lines.
Your experience or skills:
2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role, solving business problems.
Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis with an understanding of how these insights can drive business impact.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets where some of your exploratory analysis will take place.
Experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards with PowerBI or other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Grafana).
Experience manipulating and analysing data using SQL or Python.
A problem solver and team player at heart.
Pragmatic and impact-focused, you will choose Excel over Python if it is a better solution for the problem and vice-versa.
Technical-minded and don’t shy away from engineering-related or data QA discussions.
Commercially aware and user-focused - able to understand needs and identify priorities to unlock business value through analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Salary:
Gross salary: 2980 - 4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
