Account Executive (Outbound)

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving growth in sales.
  • Leading the outbound sales process from initial discovery to finalizing contract negotiations.
  • Crafting strategies to identify and engage potential clients in key industries such as e-commerce, retail, and cybersecurity.
  • Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques.
  • Participating in sales meetings with prospects, delivering tailored presentations, and presenting persuasive value propositions.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback.
  • Enhancing outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance.

Your experience or skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, IaaS, or technology solutions.so to others.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle sales.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and handling objections effectively.
  • A proven history of surpassing sales targets and securing deals across various buyer segments.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.

Nice to have competencies:

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, APIs, or web scraping technologies.
  • Experience in selling to engineering teams or working within sectors such as e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity.
  • An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales).

Salary:

  • Gross salary: 2650-3650 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
