Your responsibilities:
Manage team members’ performance, motivation, career development.
Indicate opportunities & new trends in SEO or Growth marketing areas, prioritize and follow-up
Be responsible for New Users & New Revenue from organic channels: able to break down results and generate actionable insights
Identify and initiate changes needed: processes, goals, structure, trends
Collaborate with Content to ensure best SEO practices are in place
Generate cross-team initiatives (Content, PPC, Partnerships, Product marketing) to drive growth.
Your experience or skills:
Experience in managing and leading SEO/marketing teams.
Expertise in SEO marketing field.
High sense of ownership and drive for results.
Data analysis and interpretations skills.

Salary:
Gross salary: 4300 - 5290 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
