Harald was very helpful indeed. I had issues on the dashboard, I was worried, stressed, thought my money was taken when I didn't receive the data I paid for and it wasn't showing.

Mart Bro Saves the Day at Smart Proxy - Exceptional Service

Professional and easy to deal with

I'm happy with the customer service and the residential proxies. I wanted fast whitelisted residential proxies at an affordable price that did the basics, and Smartproxy does just that. The service team is very helpful and they assisted me all the way through.

Although, I do not like the fact that their X browser is subscriber only. Overall they are better than most residential proxy providers I've dealt with before.

Be wary of their free trials.

I entered through Google search and signed up for the free trial. During this process, they bound Paypal. A few days later, they deducted $14 from me without my permission. Afterwards, I submitted an application for a refund through Paypal but it was rejected. And they also banned my account, I am speaking out to remind people to be careful with their free trials.

After this period ends (if not canceled before that), a plan you've chosen is automatically activated (which means you are charged for a subscription and further usage of our services).
