Residential Proxy

What is a residential proxy?

A residential proxy is an intermediary server between you and the website you're trying to access. This server is given by a provider that gets an IP address from an end-user, not data centers. Each residential IP is a real mobile or desktop device pinning a certain physical location.

How do residential proxies work?

  1. Your internet traffic is routed through an intermediary server.
  2. The server assigns a unique IP address to your connection request.
  3. Consequently, your original IP address is masked, presenting you as a typical user with a distinct IP address.
