Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and refine the customer success process and performance.

  • Provide happiness to our customers by resolving their concerns through live chat and email communication channels.

  • Collaborate with technical experts to comprehend the IT business logic.

  • Respond to customers' inquiries and furnish them with accurate information.

  • Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships that can transform clients into advocates.

Your experience or skills:

  • Proficient in the English language.

  • Capable of working full-time during the day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) in a hybrid work setting.

  • Possessing the drive to work collaboratively with the team to achieve great results.

  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients, emphasizing their significance to the business.

  • Seeking a genuine chance for personal and professional development.

  • Gross salary: starts at 1075 EUR/month + bonuses for night hours. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
