Write clean, reusable, and quality code, adhering to best practices (and contribute towards continuous improvement of those practices).
Own and defend architectural and technical decisions, participate in discussions.
Being keen on new technology trends in the company and preparing a road map to implement them smoothly.
Mentoring teams of PHP developers.
Write documentation, establish environments and procedures.
Help with the hiring of developers and other technical roles.

Have deep knowledge in PHP (Symfony framework is a must, other frameworks - nice to have).
Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
Strong skills in backend development and system architecture.
Experience in Agile processes.
That you know a thing or two about API design.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in Kubernetes would be considered as a plus.

Gross salary: 3140 - 6940 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
