Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely on processes with sales & AM leaders to create new & optimize existing sales processes.

  • Ensure that sales & AM teams are fully enabled, receive relevant training & have needed knowledge documented.

  • Be responsible for reporting & data analytics of sales & AM results, especially in CRM & additional sales tools. The goal of this reporting is to analyze sales trends & provide insights into customer behavior, current processes & performance.

  • Identify and implement tools & technologies that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure that we maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM (SF).

  • Provide input on the sales & AM incentive structure.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.

Your experience or skills:

  • 2+ years of team management experience.

  • Proven track record of owning sales operations & making an impact on sales results.

  • Experience in international B2B sales. (Selling SaaS products and solutions is a big advantage).

  • Data-driven & process-orientated approach to sales.

  • Excellent communication and presentation (in English).

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.

  • Understanding of latest sales techniques & best practices.

  • Experience with sales and workflow automation tools.

  • Gross salary 4150 – 6600 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
