Account Manager (China)

Your responsibilities:

  • Make sure the customer has an error-free onboarding and adoption experience for the product.

  • Daily interaction with key clients and development of strategic connections.

  • Owning the success of your accounts by resolving any technical, business, or other challenges.

  • Identifying chances for upgrades and cross-selling within your account basket.

  • Proactive management of revenue retention and account activity.

  • Collaboration with the Risk team to identify high-risk situations and warning signs.

  • Understanding demands both personally and professionally, doing research, and turning knowledge into account plans.

  • Ensure that Salesforce data, including status, opportunities, tasks, conversions, and enrichment, are monitored and kept up to date.

  • Share input continuously and try to enhance team procedures.

  • Work on ad-hoc assignments that helps to enhance a variety of skills.

  • Your experience or skills:

  • Ability to develop great relationships with customers and deliver results that are favourable for both commercial and personal requirements.

  • Being a powerful internal communicator and a consumer advocate.

  • Excitement about becoming fully immersed in the operations, technology, and customer evangelism aspects of the sales process.

  • Problem solving skills and a tendency to take action.

  • Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken Chinese.

  • Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken English.

  • Having Sales or Account Management experience is a plus.

  • Gross salary: 2315 - 2975 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
